.New School Ninja: cards versus stars.

Firstl of all, this one is for REAL
Secondly, i am NOT kidding
Lastly, there are NO reasons for you not to WATCH THIS!

So yeah we've seen Shaolin monks throwing stuffs on thin air like in the movies;  Or retired Russian spy veterans throwing knives for that matter. But what about ninjas? armed with a blue shirt and a blue cap. walking casually across your neighborhood flipping cards. And the best alibi of all? "oh, i'm just givin' away business cards and fliers sir~" smart. cunningly lethal. New school ninjas hiding behind parkour, card throwing, and other satin are increasingly dangerous... ... bullshit.

Now seriously, what DOES it take to be and EXPERT in something?
How MUCH doubt, fear and pain can we OVERCOME to do those things?
WHAT are we UP to..?

of course SOME people may have given talents to do the 'tricks of the trade'. MANY obtain skills from a master or a mentor. But only a FEW, who does not have both, relies on practice alone with the element of determination and pursues until they become a master themselves and surpass when others have come to their limits...

- we don't need no limits.

Courage (one of the titles of one of my paintings)

"you'd have to fail a lot of times first..."

-a friend of mine told me this a while ago.
and he also said that having the will to do something is nothing..
....if you dont have the courage to do it.

people who embark on dangerous journeys don't really think about the "danger".
they just go for it. because they want to. not because they have to.
that's real courage.
but unfortunately sometimes...
..some people don't see that.
even if you already have it.
and you know for sure that you have it..

and that's when you need to go back to the start.
that's when you need to fail and do it all over again.
and it takes a lot of courage to let it all go and start from scratch.
but not because you have to..
but because you want to.

Do you believe in the One Hand that Holds All? That predetermined "fate" has already been drawn out? That we are all sprites in the canvass of a gamemaster?

Belief in one doesn't necessarily constitute belief in the other. We cannot assume a certain stand unless they claim it. As such, a belief in the One Hand, a Creator if you will, doesn't mean you agree with predestination.

I, for one, believe that belief in predestination is quite cowardly. It lulls you to a sense of contentment, especially with the thought of "destiny brought me here". It sounds romantic, egotistic even. But it is that complacency which is deadly. Mortally and morally deadly.

I believe that people should take charge of their own lives, to (as Incubus said) 'take the wheel and steer'. Laziness is not an option. Laze believes in "destiny". We must not.

Everything is a choice.

: A Calculation within Calculations

[ Contrary to popular belief,
math calculations are abundant in our
everyday life.
It's like numbers and letters continue to
orbit our existence. ]

This is a world of variables,
where x represent your possibilities
and y represents the things you actually
can do.

Yet, x and y aren't the whole thing murrdering
your mind right now, yeah? There aren't only
two letters in the alphabet, and as we
insert the numbers, the equation becomes
limitless.

So what is this damn post all about?!
Think about it!
We are never a linear equation, friends.
We each exist as a representation of one
number, and around this plane
of existence, there are tons of other numbers
and variables.
It's all up to you to calculate and recalibrate
yourself to solve the equation of your life, and
to break that y limit of what they try to
label you in to.

Always remember, there is no "error";
there is no "cannot be".
Even if your current equation seems to fail,
there is always "i", the imaginary, the unlimited
possibility to think through the gaping
void.

So just calculate, and the
Universe will calculate with you.

Food for thought, maybe.

Spacetimecontinuum

Would an astronaut survive i wonder.
Space is a mighty big place is it not?
Being far away from home must be hard. If not sad.
The longing, missing, and anxiety would definitely be unbearable.

Would an astronaut survive i wonder.
Time up there must be so slow.
The dull pain of loneliness must be ten times as painful.
The black, empty, quiet space only adds weight to the melancholy.

Would an astonaut survive i wonder.
That long, slow, time for waiting to get home.
Just waiting..
And waiting...
Far from what he consider's home.
Endless hours of thinking.
Remembering.
Recalling.
Imagining.
Missing...

So would an astronaut survive i wonder..
He should.
I think he must.
Limits would only remain as limits, until he breaks them.
Beating his own demons would definitely bring him home.

And Home is where the Heart is..
Whether if it's your parent's house, your friend's, or even a person, specially a lover.

.Think about it.

Why does one speck of mold ruin an entire sack of rice?
Why does one rotten tomato make other tomatoes rot with it?
Why does a little hole ruin the appearance of an elegant shirt?
Why does white hair make you feel old?
Why does a tint of ink sabotage a pure white dress?
Why does the lead of our country speak well in campaigns, but turns a hard back when they are already on seat?

Think about it.

Why do people hurt others?
Why do people make promises that often go down the drain?
Why do people abhor evil, yet do it themselves?
Why do people lie about themselves?
Why do people turn to others when they need help yet turns their back when others need it?
Why do people regret everything they did after doing nothing at all?

Think about it.

Everything, everyone, everyday life.
It might all disappear in the blink of an eye,
yet no one dares to step up and do something about it.

Only one word describes it perfectly.

Despicable.

Time to step up, and unshackle.
Humans or not..
..mostly not since we already surpassed our limits.
Just something to think about.

Moths and Dust in my Brain

"ernessa’s face was so close to mine, ‘ i dont need things to remember my father’ she whispered in my ear, ‘things that i can hold in my hands, pieces of paper that capture images of wrong moments…
time slips around them without a ripple.’
i turned to look at her. that fierce expression in
her dark eyes surprised and frightened me. it had nothing to do with the sound of her words, which rose and fell softly.."

One of the many compelling parts of a book entitled "The Moth Diaries" by Rachel Klein.

I love this book. and i’ve read it twentyseven times already. and i believe that books are one of the most perfect companions. when literally nothing is left. and i have some more books i’d gladdly want to finish. i even named my 7stringed guitar after the story’s antagonist.(Ernessa)

when you see beautiful women in the internet and see the part "Favorite books:" and see something like these: "wala", "W.A.L.A", "mags", it just turns me off. sufficing to say, its sad. very sad. oh well. they’re all cute anyway.

just as long as i dont get trapped in a deep conversation with them.
